Configuration examples for Con1
1 Temperature control of 450 °C (type J) with electrical heating, switched with solid
state relay. 2 alarms are required.
2-point controller inverse Logic = Heating
All order nos. can be used.
2 Temperature control of -20 °C (Pt 100 DIN) with electrical cooling, switched with
power relay. 1 alarm is required.
2-point controller direct
All order nos. can be used.
3 Ratio control of a gas/air mixture (2 x 4...20 mA), adjusted by means of a motorized
butterfly valve. 1 alarm is required.
3-point stepping contr. Relay 1 = open
The order nos. 9404 410 .2..1 or 9404 410 .3..1 can be used.
4 Temperature control of 1000 °C (type K) with electrical heating by means of a
thyristor power controller (input 0...20 mA). 2 alarms are required.
Contin. contr. inverse Relay 1 = Alarm 2 Contin. = Heat. 0...20 mA Relay 3 = Alarm 1 Con1 = 0298
The order nos. 9404 410 .4..1 or 9404 410 .5..1 can be used.
