Intended use
• The appliance is designed solely for infusing smoke to
preparred dishes, such as; meat, vegetables, fish, sauces,
drinks, etc. Any other use may lead to damage of the appli-
ance or personal injury.
• Operating the appliance for any other purpose shall be
deemed a misuse of the device. The user shall be solely lia-
ble for improper use of the device.

Preparation before use
• Remove all protective packaging and wrapping.
• Check to make sure the appliance is undamaged and with
all accessories. In case of incomplete delivery and damages.
Please contact supplier immediately. Do not use the appli-
ance.
• Make sure the appliance is completely dry.
• Charge the appliance until build-in lithium battery is fully
charged.
• Ensure that there is sufficient ventilation in the surround-
ings.
• Install the burning chamber, soft extension hose and front
barrel before use.
• Keep the packaging if you intend to store your appliance in
the future.
Operating instructions
• Use the tweezer (included) to put into or take out mesh filter
(3pcs included) from the burning chamber. The bulge of the
mesh filter should be upwards.
• Put wood chips (not included) into the burning chamber.
Note: Do not overfill the burning chamber. The wood chips
should just cover the inside mesh filter area with a thin lay-
er.
• Press On/Speed/Off button once to activate smoking mode.
Red is flashing.
• Use a lighter or chefs torch (not included) to apply a small
flame to the top surface of the wood chips. Move the flame
around so as to ignite the entire exposed surface. For best
results, make sure the burning area is evenly distributed or
centered.

NOTE! Dry wood chips are available in grocery stores and
hardware stores.
WARNING! DO NOT use a kitchen torch or butane torch
style lighter.
• Once the smoke comes out of the hose, place the hose near
the food and cover with plastic or something similar. This is
to prevent that the smoke escapes. For the best result use
the professional dome.
• Keep adding smoke to the container or dome untill a dense
smoke is created.
• Remove the hose but keep the smoke trapped for a couple
more minutes.
• The burning chamber is hot after use, allow the smoking
gun to cool down before cleaning and storage.
NOTE! The smoking gun will turn off automatically after 5
minutes when no buttons have been pushed.
WARNING! The burning chamber and the barrel are very hot
during and after use. Do not touch!
Warranty
Any defect affecting the functionality of the appliance which
becomes apparent within one year after purchase will be re-
paired by free repair or replacement provided the appliance
has been used and maintained in accordance with the instruc-
tions and has not been abused or misused in any way. Your
statutory rights are not affected. If the appliance is claimed
under warranty, state where and when it was purchased and
include proof of purchase (e.g. receipt).
In line with our policy of continuous product development we
reserve the right to change the product, packaging and docu-
mentation specifications without notice.
Discarding & Environment
When decommissioning the appliance, the product must not
be disposed of with other household waste. Instead, it is your
responsibility to dispose to your waste equipment by handing
it over to a designated collection point. Failure to follow this
rule may be penalized in accordance with applicable regula-
tions on waste disposal. The separate collection and recycling
of your waste equipment at the time of disposal will help
conserve natural resources and ensure that it is recycled in
a manner that protects human health and the environment.
For more information about where you can drop off your waste
for recycling, please contact your local waste collection com-
pany. The manufacturers and importers do not take respon-
sibility for recycling, treatment and ecological disposal, either
directly or through a public system.
