7. Possible Malfunctions

In case of any malfunction, disconnect the device from the power supply.
Based on the table below, check whether it is possible to remove defects without
notifying a customer service point or contacting the sales agent.
PROBLEM
The device is switched on.
The control light is not lit
and the device is not
heating up.
Temperature is set, the
control light is lit, but the
device is not heating up.
Temperature is set, it is
increasing, but there is no
possibility to adjust it.
Temperature is set, the
device is heating up, but the
control light is not lit.
If you cannot remove the malfunctions:
- do not open the housing,
notify the customer service point or contact the sales agent,

while providing the following information:
type of malfunction;
article and serial number (rating plate at the rear of the device).
CAUSE
• No power supply.
• Damaged temperature
regulator.
• Damaged heating
element.
• Damaged temperature
regulator.
• Damaged control light.
SOLUTION
• Check the power supply
and the connection cable.
• Contact the sales agent.
