PREPARING THE CHARGING/STARTING
Although the charger/starter has been assembled in the factory, some final assembly will be required.
1. Carefully lay the charger down.
2. Line up the foot with the three holes on he underneath
3. With a No.2 cross slot screw driver. secure the foot in the place using the 3 screws.
4. With a pair of piers, snap one of the cirlips onto the axle.
NOTE: Make sure the cirlip locates properly in1he groove.
5. Slide one of the wheels onto the axle.
6. Guide the axle through 1he housing.
7. Position the remaining wheel before fitting the other circlip.
NOTE: Make sure the wheels are correctly fitted before attaching the circlip.
8. Push the hubs into the center of the wheels.
