NOTICE
• All water is "building supply" (at least drinking water quality) unless otherwise indicated.
1)
Prepare the device as described above in step "10-1 Preparation
(Motor)", "10-2 Cleaning ".
2)
Attach the Protection Plug to the motor. (Fig.25)
3)
Perform main wash under the following conditions. Use a Getinge 46 Series Thermo-Disinfector (or equivalent
device):
Pre-Wash 1
Pre-Wash 2
Enzyme Wash
Detergent Wash
Rinse 1
Rinse 2
RO Final Rinse
Drying
Upon removal from the Thermo-Disinfector, if the residual moisture is present, wipe off with dry cloth or blow it
off with compressed air (≤0.35MPa) until there is no moisture in the interior and exterior.
4)
After the process of Thermo-Disinfector, confirm that it is clean under appropriate lighting (500lux or higher).
5)
Proceed to "11 Sterilization".
• Make sure to put a Protection Plug when using Thermo-disinfector.
• Do not use Protection Plug without the mounting O-Ring. It may cause a malfunction. If O-Ring had

damaged, replace it immediately.
NOTICE
• Protection Plug O-ring is consumable supply. If it damaged, replace it new one.
10-3 Replace the O-Rings
If the O-ring became depleted, such as difficult to connect the
handpiece or rattling, replace the O-Ring.
Remove the O-Ring with a pointed tool, and mount the new O-Rings
into the groove.
Also replace the Protection plug as well.
Cold water (<110˚F (43˚C)) for 2 min.

Hot tap water and 60ml of heated (95˚F (35˚C)) detergent (Getinge Clean Renuzyme)
for 3 min. at 120˚F (49˚C)

Hot tap water for 32 min. at 167˚F (75˚C)
20 min. at a temperature of 140 - 194˚F (60 - 90˚C)
