THE DISPLAY INDICATES POSSIBLE FAULTS (A) AND ERRORS (E) THAT CAN OCCUR DURING
AUTOCLAVE OPERATION.
MESSAGE
E200
Water level error.
Cycle start attempt with water level under the
minimum sign (the minimum level light is on).
E300
Water level error.
The used water tank is full.
E400
Warns you that the door is not properly shut at cycle
start
AS00
Sterilisation cycle discontinued.
This occurs when a sterilisation cycle is interrupted by
pressing the START/STOP button.
A100
Vacuum failed.
The autoclave fails to obtain the set vacuum.
A400
Open door signal during sterilisation process.
A500
Pressure drop
This message is displayed whenever a considerable
pressure drop occurs inside the chamber during
sterilisation.
A550
Temperature probes disconnected, badly connected,
short-circuited or overheated.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
FAILURE DESCRIPTION
Fill the tank with water.
Use the hose supplied hose,
connecting it to connector on the
back of the autoclave.
Empty the tank by means of the
outlet tap located on the front of the
autoclave.
Check the door is tightly closed and
go through reclose procedure.
Reset the alarm by pressing the
SELECT, DOOR and TECHNICAL
buttons for 3 seconds at the same
time.
Reset the alarm by pressing the
SELECT, DOOR and TECHNICAL
buttons for 3 seconds at the same
time. Clean the door gasket and
check if the door tightly shuts. If not,
adjust the door as in § 15. Repeat
sterilisation. If the display keeps
showing the same error message,
call for technical assistance.
Reset the alarm by pressing the
SELECT, DOOR and TECHNICAL
buttons for 3 seconds at the same
time and dry all instruments before
repeating sterilisation. If the display
keeps showing the same error
message,
assistance.
Reset the alarm by pressing the
SELECT, DOOR and TECHNICAL
buttons for 3 seconds at the same
time. Dry out all instruments and
clean the door gasket. Check and
eventually adjust door as per §15.
Repeat sterilisation. If the display
keeps showing the same error

time. Turn the autoclave off. Wait
with door opened to let the chamber
cool. Repeat sterilisation. If the
display keeps showing the same
error message, call for technical
assistance.
