What to do if?

Problem
Luminaire is not lit.
Luminaire cannot be
dimmed.
The connecting cable
is damaged.

Possible causes
Luminaire has not
been connected.
Luminaire is defec-
tive.
Luminaire is not in the
dimming mode.
Mechanical impact on
the connecting cable.
Corrective action
X Connect the luminaire, see chap-
ter 5 "Connection" , page 21.
X Contact our service team.
X Switch to the dimming mode,
see chapter 6.2 "Dimming" , page
23.
X Disconnect a damaged connect-
ing cable immediately from the
power supply and have it replaced
by the manufacturer, by a service
technician authorised by the man-
ufacturer or by a person with com-
parable qualification.
