Problem
Luminaire is not lit.
Luminaire does not
respond to inputs.
The connecting cable
is damaged.

Possible causes
Plug not plugged in.
Luminaire is defective. X Contact our service team.
Software function is
defective.
Mechanical impact on
the connecting cable.
Corrective action
X Plug the plug into a socket or into
the socket provided for this pur-
pose, see chapter 4 "Connec-
tion" , page 22.
X Unplug the plug for a few seconds.
X If the luminaire still doesn't re-
spond, contact our service team.
X Disconnect a damaged connect-
ing cable immediately from the
power supply and have it replaced
by the manufacturer, by a service
technician authorised by the man-
ufacturer or by a person with com-
parable qualification.
