Weekly (Every 40 working hours)
1. Lubricate the following points using Shell Darina R2
grease.
(a) Lift arm pivots (A Fig.31).
(b) Rear Axle centre pivot (A Fig.32).
(c) Steering rams-inner pivots (B & C Fig.32)
(d) Steering ram rod end (A Fig.33).
(e) Steering Track Rod, Rod End (B Fig.33).
2 . Lubricate the following with oil:
Divertor Valve spools and operating mechanism.
Every 400 Working hours
Change hydraulic suction filter: Remove oil filter
(A Fig.34) canister and discard, replace with new one.
