supply and interfaces.
Supply voltage present in segment circuit.
No data exchange with master.
Selects function of LED FN: FS lights: FN shows the error
type. FS does not lieght: FN shows the error number.
The number of flashes indicates the error type or error
number, depending on whether FS lights or not.
