Cause and remedy
An error in the data transmission between the AirLINE modules
(Data In) has occurred. Locate the error exactly on the spot from
the LEDs using the device-specific diagnosis in your control
system. Check the connection between the participants displayed.
An error in the data transmission between the AirLINE modules
(Data Out) has occurred. Locate the error exactly on the spot from
the LEDs or using the device-specific diagnosis in your control
system. Check the connection between the participants displayed.
An error in the data transmission between the AirLINE modules
has occurred. You can localize the error using the flashing LEDs.
Check the connection in front of the participants displayed.
The AirLINE module is not yet ready. Locate the error exactly
using the device-specific diagnosis in your control system. Check
the participants displayed.
A new AirLINE module does not match the configuration in your
configuration tool. Remove the module from the station. Locate the
error exactly using the device-specific diagnosis in your control
system.
An additional AirLINE module was recognized in the station.
Check the structure of the station. If the structure is correct, briefly
swich off the power supply so that the new configuration will be
stored.
Cause and remedy
An error has occurred in your periphery circuit (e.g. short circuit or
overload at the acutator). Using the PROFIBUS adress and the participant
number, you can find the station and the AirLINE module at which the
periphery error has occurred. You can also recognize the location from the
flashing LED of the AirLINE module or using the device-specific diagnosis
in your control system. With reference to the data sheet of the module,
check which error can trigger this error message. Eliminate the error in
your periphery.
