the SMS command will be:

The Control Panel will send back a SMS
message in the following format:
Parameter 1: 1~2 (1 for telephone 1~3, 2 for
telephone 4~6)
Parameter: 2 (fixed value)
Parameter 3: 1~3 (for telephone 1~3)
4~6 (for telephone 4~6)
Parameter 4: xxxxxxxxx (Telephone numbers)
