How to make steamed
dishes "Steam"
1.
Pour in water and set
the cooking plate in
the inner pan
Water amount guidance
1.0 L type ... 3 and 1/4 cups (19.77 oz / 585 mL)
1.8 L type ... 4 and 1/2 cups (27.38 oz / 810 mL)
C a u t i o n
z Avoid both too much and too little water in the
inner pan for steaming.
Put the ingredients on

close the lid

Connect the power
cord
If the Keep Warm lamp
is ON, turn it OFF by
pressing the [Off /
Cancel] key.

Press the [Slow Cook /

Steam] key
z Steam cooking starts.
z When 2 hours have passed after heating
is started, the Slow Cook / Steam lamp
turns OFF and the Keep Warm lamp
turns ON automatically.
z If you want to stop heating before then,
press the [Off / Cancel] key once. The
Slow Cook / Steam lamp turns OFF, and
the Keep Warm lamp turns ON.

z Be careful of the steam if you open the lid while
cooking. A burn may result.
