If the lid is difficult to turn when closing, then apply a light film of cooking
oil to the rubber gasket.
When storing, place the inverted lid on the pan so that the rubber
gasket inside the lid remains unstressed and free of deformation.

To dismantle the INOX, CLASSIC, SUPREME and HOTEL valves, undo the
valve screw with integral pressure indicator (6) on the lid inside using a coin
or screwdriver, and holding the valve cap.

Remove all protection caps
using both hands.
