• Edit a customer program beforehand, if necessary, then use the interactive buttons to select a polymeri-
zation program, and press the 'Start' button.
• The program begins with the heating phase. The actual and target temperature are indicated. The timer
starts when the target temperature is achieved. If no temperature is set, the timer starts immediately after
the program is initiated.
The remaining runtime and the actual temperature are indicated on the display. After the polymerization time
has elapsed, a signal tone sounds and the door can be opened.
If the door is opened before the program has finished running, an error message appears. The program is
cancelled, the error message must be confirmed and the program must be restarted.
NOTE
The polymerization parameters are binding as stated in the material's instructions for use. Therefore, Kulzer
programs are not able to be modified (edited) whatsoever. The provisions and processing instructions governing
the manufacture of medical devices apply to some 3D-printed materials. The user is responsible for the final
product when there are deviations from the processing instructions / instructions for use.
NOTE
After the program has finished running, remove the 3D-printed item(s), check the rotating plate for soiling,
clean it, if necessary, and close the door.
NOTE
When working with object holders, carriers, tables or other aids, unwanted discolouration of surfaces due to
LED radiation is easily possible and probable. It is the sole responsibility of the user to assess the polymerization
quality and, if necessary, to carry out a post-polymerization.
HOT SURFACE
Shortly after the polymerization process finishes, the interior of the unit, especially the heating register
and the set 3D item, may be very hot. This is a potential burning hazard. Observe the following:
After the polymerization process ends – especially longer processes lasting > 10 min. – for you own safety,
wear protective gloves and use tools (forceps/pliers) to remove the 3D items.

If an error occurs during the program run, the process is terminated and an error message appears:
