b)
The device is not designed to be handled by persons
(including children) with limited mental and sensory
functions or persons lacking relevant experience
and/or knowledge unless they are supervised by
a person responsible for their safety or they have
received instruction on how to operate the device.
c)
When working with the device, use common sense
and stay alert. Temporary loss of concentration while
using the device may lead to serious injuries.
d)
To prevent the device from accidentally switching on,
make sure the switch is on the OFF position before
connecting to a power source.
e)
The device is not a toy. Children must be supervised
to ensure that they do not play with the device.
2.4. SAFE DEVICE USE
a)
Do not use the device if the ON/OFF switch does not
function properly (does not switch the device on and
off). Devices which cannot be switched on and off
using the ON/OFF switch are hazardous, should not
be operated and must be repaired.
b)
When not in use, store in a safe place, away from
children and people not familiar with the device who
have not read the user manual. The device may pose
a hazard in the hands of inexperienced users.
c)
Keep the device in perfect technical condition.
d)
Keep the device out of the reach of children.
e)
Device repair or maintenance should be carried out
by qualified persons, only using original spare parts.
This will ensure safe use.
f)
To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do

not remove factory-fitted guards and do not loosen
any screws.
g)
Do not move, adjust or rotate the device in the
course of work.
h)
Do not leave this appliance unattended while it is in
use.
i)
Clean the device regularly to prevent stubborn grime
from accumulating.
j)
The device is not a toy. Cleaning and maintenance
may not be carried out by children without
supervision by an adult person.
k)
Never measure the voltage when the test leads are
connected to the amperage measurement sockets.
l)
Exercise caution when working with voltages above
DC60V or AC42V.
m)
During measurement, hold the test leads or probes
by the insulated parts.
n)
Select the appropriate function and measurement
to avoid damage to the multimeter during the
measurement.
o)
Disconnect the test leads from the test points before
switching to another function.
ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device
and its protective features, and despite the use of
additional elements protecting the operator, there is
still a slight risk of accident or injury when using the
device. Stay alert and use common sense when using
the device.
3. USE GUIDELINE

3.1. DEVICE DESCRIPTION

1. RANGE
From the moment the meter is on, it remains in automatic
switching mode. Press the "RANGE" button to enter manual
switching mode. Information about the "AUTO" mode will
be turned off. Each time the "RANGE" button is pressed, the
measured range, expressed in units and digits, is measured
in the manual mode. Pressing and holding the "RANGE"
button for two seconds will return the device to automatic
switching mode.
2. FUNC.
Press the "FUNC." button to select the other blue symbol
function on the panel
3. HOLD
Pressing the "HOLD" button retains the measured value
as a reference point. Press the "HOLD" button to save
the value read by the multimeter, and the
. symbol will

appear on the display. Press "HOLD" again to return to the
multimeter operating mode.
4. USB
The USB function allows you to transfer serial data of the
meter to your computer.
Connect the meter and the computer USB ports
using a USB cable.
Press the USB button and the "USB" symbol will
appear on the display.
Start the PC software, click the SET menu. Then select
SET PART.
Don't change the default sampling frequency or
select a desired sampling frequency. Press the OK
button to complete the settings.
Press Start on PC-LINK SOFT to measure and display
synchronous data or a graph on the software
interface.
To disable the serial data output function, press the
"USB" button, and the "USB" symbol will disappear.
5. MAX/MIN
Press the MAX/MIN button to activate MAX/MIN recording
mode. The "MAX" icon will appear on the display. Press the
MAX/MIN button again, the "MIN" icon will appear on the
display The meter will go to the manual distance setting
mode, the maximum or minimum reading will be displayed
and held. The reading will be updated only when a new
maximum or minimum value appears. Press the MAX/MIN
button again and the "MAX MIN" symbol will start flashing.
The meter will display the MAX-MIN reading. To exit the
MAX/MIN mode, press and hold the MAX/MIN button for
2 seconds.
Press the BACKLIGHT button to turn on the backlight.
Press the BACKLIGHT button again to turn the backlight off.
3.2. PREPARING FOR USE
The temperature of environment must not be higher than
40°C and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.
Ensure good ventilation in the room in which the device
is being used. There should be at least 10 cm distance
between each side of the device and the wall or other
objects. Keep the device away from hot surfaces. Operate

the device on an even, stable, clean, fire-proof and dry
surface and out of the reach of children and persons with
mental disabilities. Position the device such that you always
have access to the power plug. The power cord connected
to the appliance must be properly grounded and
correspond to the technical details on the product label!

3.3.DEVICE USE

3.3.1 DC/AC VOLTAGE
Select the -V- range using the rotary knob and press
the - FUNC-button for DCV and ACV selection
The meter will automatically select the voltage range.
Insert the black cable in the COM terminal.
Insert the red wire in the V-Ω-RPM terminal.
Touch ground or the negative circuit with the black
probe.
Touch the power source circuit with the red probe.
Read the measured value on the display
PLEASE NOTE: Voltage must be measured in parallel
PLEASE NOTE: When measuring voltage, make sure that the
red test lead is in the terminal marked "V". If the test lead
is in the -A- or -mA- terminal, the meter may be damaged.
3.3.2. RESISTANCE
IMPORTANT: When testing an application with capacitors
in its circuit, turn off the test circuit power and discharge
all capacitors. Accurate measurement is not possible if
external or residual voltage is present.
Select the -Ω- range using the rotary knob and the
FUNC button.
Insert the black cable in the COM terminal.
Insert the red wire in the V-Ω-RPM terminals.
Holding the probes, put them in contact with the
resistor to be tested
Read the measured value on the display
3.3.3 DIODE MONITORING
IMPORTANT: Turn off the power to the test circuit
Select the
range with the rotary knob and the
FUNC. button.
Insert the black cable in the COM terminal.
Insert the red wire in the V-Ω-kRPM terminal
Touch the negative side of the diode with the black
probe.
Touch the positive side of the diode with the red
probe.
Reverse the probes: Black to the positive side and
Red to the negative side.
IMPORTANT: Correct reading for a working diode will show
a low reading in one direction and a high reading in the
other direction. An incorrectly functioning diode will have
the same reading either way or between 1.0 and 3.0 V in
both directions
