1. Press Function button to select the "BT" (Bluetooth) mode.
2. On the LCD display the Bluetooth icon will flashing. It means the BT is in non-
connection/searching mode.
3. Switch on the Bluetooth feature of your BT device (such as mobile phone) and select the
unit "NR50".
4. After the connecting is finished and connected successfully, the Bluetooth icon will change
to light up on the LCD display.
5. Start the playback on your BT device and enjoy the music by the main unit.
Connect another audio device, e.g. (portable) CD player, MP3 player, (portable) cassette player,
iPod, etc. to this system with a cable with 3.5mm diameter jack plugs (not supplied). Connect
one end of this cable to the headphone jack of the external device and the other end to the aux-
in jack at the front side of the unit. Then press the Function button to select the "AUX" mode.
Start to playback your external device and enjoy your music.
1. Press the "Sleep" button. "SLP-120" will be shown on the LCD display.
2. Press the button repeatedly to adjust the sleep timer in the order of 120 > 90 > 60 >
45 >....15 minutes respectively and the sleep icon "Z" will flashing on LCD.
3. The unit will stop and go in standby mode automatically after running the selected time.
4. To cancel the sleep mode, press the "Sleep" button until "SLP-off' is displayed and the "Z"
indicator disappear on LCD display.
This function allows the system to turn on automatically and wake you up by CD, DAB, FM, USB
mode respectively.
First, set the unit in standby mode and then press & hold the "Timer" button to enter the setting
mode. The LCD display will show "SET TIMER" and change to "SELECT SOURCE and timer"
and the
icon will flash on display:
1. Wake up source: press the "Function" button repeatedly to select the source from "DAB" --
"FM" -- "CD" -- "USB". Press the "Timer" button to confirm the selected source.
2. Wake up volume: press the "Skip up
level. Then press the "Timer" button to confirm the wake up level.
3. Wake up time: press "Skip up
button to enter the hours. Press "Skip up
"Timer" button to store the memory.
Remark
If there is no music source being detected (such as USB/CD) when the preset time is
reached, the unit will select the FM mode automatically.
For FM or DAB radio wake up, the system will preset the latest radio frequency being
listened before switching off.
Please switch off the system manually during alarm wake up mode as because the
system will not turn off automatically after alarm on mode.
