Ripulire la nicchia da eventuali scorie di cemento o sabbia.
Praticare nella nicchia quattro fori (C 7 ) dopo avere segnato la loro posizione utilizzando la piastra di ancoraggio stessa come maschera
di foratura.
Fissare meccanicamente la piastra con tasselli ad espansione "FISCHER" Ø 15 minimo vite M 8 (C 7 ) in acciaio o ghisa (se la consistenza
del materiale con cui è costituita la colonna lo consente), oppure affidarsi al fissaggio chimico nel modo indicato:

Inserire nei fori le relative guaine retinate (C 7 ) ed iniettarvi il collante ad indurimento rapido (C 7 ) nella quantità e nel modo indicato
nelle istruzioni allegate a parte.

Inserire i prigionieri (C 7

Inserire la piastra di ancoraggio (C 7
Se si utilizza invece la piastra tipo C procedere nel seguente ordine:

Inserire i due prigionieri restanti (C 7
A questo punto, sia che si utilizzi la piastra tipo B o C, fissare il tutto a mano, senza serrare, tramite i relativi dadi e rondelle; dopo circa un'ora
e mezza è possibile, tramite una chiave esagonale, mettere sotto carico i prigionieri.
Ad operazione ultimata eliminare le parti sporgenti dei prigionieri tramite un apposito utensile.
Clean out any traces of cement or sand in the inset.
Drill 4 holes in the inset (C7 ), after marking the position of the holes, using the anchorage plate itself as a drilling guide mask.
Attach the plate with "FISCHER" expansion plugs of minimum Ø 15 with M 8 steel or cast iron screws (C7 ) (if the material that the column
is made of is able to hold the screws), or, if not, attach with glue in the following way:

Insert the mesh sheaths (C7
application and quantity.

Insert the stud bolts (C7 ) into the sheaths (if plate type B is used)
-
Fit the anchorage plate (C7 ) to the stud bolts.
If the C-type plate is used, proceed as follows:
-
Insert the stud bolts (C7 ) into one of the two sides of the inset.
-
Fit the anchorage plate (C7 ) to the stud bolts.
-
Insert the two remaining stud bolts (C7 ).
At this point, if plate-types B or C are being used, screw in all the fittings, nuts and washers by hand, without tightening; after about half an
hour the stud bolts can be tightened up, using a hexagonal wrench.
When finished, cut off the protruding parts of the stud bolts using the correct tool.
Nettoyez la niche des résidus de ciment ou sable.

de la colonne le permettant), ou bien effectuez le fixage chimique de la façon suivante:

Introduisez dans les trous les gaines tramées correspondantes (C7 ) et y injectez la colle ciment à durcissement rapide (C7 ) comme
indiquée dans les instructions fournies.

Introduisez la plaque d'ancrage (C7
En utilisant la plaque du type C, procedez de la façon suivante:

Introduisez les deux prisonniers restants (C7
Maintenant, après avoir utilisé la plaque du type B ou C, fixez le tout à la main, sans serrer, à l'aide des écrous et des rondelles prévus à
cet effet. Après une heure et demi environ, serrez les prisonniers au moyen d'une clé hexagonale.
Une fois l'opération terminée, éliminez les parties saillantes à l'aide de l'outil prévu à cet effet.
