1. Remove the toothed drive belts
(F + E) (see Fig. 16 on page 38,
1. to 4.).
2. Remove the stop (Z) on both
sides.
Please note:
• Note and mark the mounting
position and height for
reassembly.
3. Exchange the toothed transport
belt (P).
Please note:
• The return rollers rest unsecured
on the bearing pins.
• Inspect the control dimensions of
the bearing pins.

• First remove the toothed
transport belt (P) from the return
rollers, then from the toothed belt
wheel.
• First place the toothed transport
belt (P) on the toothed belt
wheel, then on the return rollers.
Mount the stop (Z), the toothed
drive belts (E + F) and the
protective equipment in the reverse
sequence. Tension the toothed
drive belt (F) by shifting the return
roller in the slotted hole of the
holding plate.
