is shown in a disassembled state.
This is not required to exchange the
toothed drive belt.
1. Remove the cover plate on the
drive kit.
2. Remove the toothed drive belt
(F).
3. Remove the HQ 1/O housing
element.
4. Relieve the tensioning device
on the lift transverse unit
by pressing it toward the
transverse section. Remove the
toothed drive belt (E) on the
lift transverse unit. Carefully
release the tensioning device.
5. Loosen the screws on
the tensioning device by
2 rotations.
6. Remove the toothed transport
belt (P) from the toothed
belt wheels. Swivel the drive
axle out of its mounting and
exchange the toothed belt (E).
7. Only exchange the toothed belt
wheel if necessary. Tighten the
screws until they bring the drive
axle back into its mounting.
Mount the drive axle, toothed
transport belt (P), toothed drive
belts (E + F) and the protective
equipment in the reverse sequence.
Tension the toothed drive belt (F)
by shifting the return roller in the
slotted hole of the holding plate.
