1. Remove the cover plate on the
drive kit.
2. Remove the toothed drive belt
(F).
3. Remove the HQ 1/O housing
element.
4. Relieve the tensioning device
on the lift transverse unit
by pressing it toward the
transverse section. Remove the
toothed drive belt (E) on the
lift transverse unit. Carefully
release the tensioning device.
How to exchange the toothed
transport belt on the belt section
is described in the assembly
instructions
• 3 842 522 488 (BS 1)
• 3 842 522 489 (BS 1/T)
Mount the toothed drive belt and
the protective equipment in the
reverse sequence. Tension the
toothed drive belt (F) by shifting
the return roller in the slotted hole
of the holding plate.
