3. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND MAINTENANCE FOR THE
USER
3.1. PREVIOUS PRECAUTIONS
- This device is for professional use only and must be used by qualified
personnel.
- To carry out maintenance, cleaning or repairs, the gas cock must be
closed.
Periodic checks will be carried out, in accordance with the regulations in
force in the country in which the device is to be installed.
The manufacturer is not responsible for the damages caused by the use
of the machine with any modification, elimination or lack of maintenance
of its components carried out without prior and express authorization of
the manufacturer.
This device has very hot surfaces, in particular the crystals and direct
contact should be avoided without the use of gloves.
3.2. SWITCHING ON AND OFF
See section 2.9.
3.3. PLACING THE CHICKENS IN THE SPITS
The placement of the chickens is very important to give a greater
firmness during roasting, otherwise the legs or wings could be loosened
and compromise the perfect roast.
To do this we will place the spit in vertical position with the first skewer
firmly secured by the screw and place the chicken on the side of the legs
so that the first hook will hold the legs of the chicken well, we will place
a second hook attached to the chest and wings of chicken and so on. At
the end place the last skewer with screw, tighten the screw.
The number of chickens per spit will depend on the weight and size of
the chickens if the chickens are 1Kg and 5 chickens per spit if they were
bigger would enter from 4 to 5.
