Frying food

CAUTION!
The fryer can be only operated by personnel who are familiar with the operation of
the device and specific risks that occur during frying.
Carefully place the control box on the back edge of the oil tank. The pin at the
bottom of the control box must fit in the hole in the oil tank. Then the control box is
properly positioned. For safety reasons, the device works only when the control box
is properly placed on the housing. A micro switch then allows the device to operate.

Make sure that the device is turned off (the temperature control is set to "0").
Before filling the tank with oil for deep frying, no water may be in the tank. The oil
tank must be clean and dry
The mechanism for draining
cooking oil must be closed and
locked (the lever positioned to
the right)
Carefully pour oil into the tank to the appropriate level (between the "MIN" and
"MAX" markers in the tank). The marker is located on the side of the tank.
