6 | Description
The clamping force is limited by two mechanisms:
▪ operation with 30 Nm torque spanner;
▪ end stop of the pressure spindle (7) after 3.5 revolutions.
NOTE
Avoid excessive torque and internal clamping.
Damage to the ALLMATIC TITAN 2 (CA).
Ø Set the torque spanner used to max. 30 Nm.

Electronic Spindle TITAN 2 Clamp Assist

The high-pressure spindle (9) is fully encapsulated (IP67) and insensitive to vibrations and
coolants. The high-pressure spindle (9) contains the measuring sensor and electronic systems.
The electronic system stores the clamping cycles or changes in clamping forces of the last
200 clamping cycles as well as statistical data. The data are stored in the spindle, ready for
transmission at any time.
