    4. Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten am Mäher dürfen nur bei stillgesetztem Motor und Stillstand des Schneidwerkzeuges erfolgen bzw. bei abgezogenem Zündkerzenstecker. 5. Beim Verlassen des Mähers ist der Motor stillzusetzen bzw. das Schneidwerkzeug und der Antrieb abzuschalten. 6. Der durch die Führungsholme gegebene Sicherheitsabstand ist stets einzuhalten. Das Bedienen des Mähers ist nur gestattet, wenn der Führungsholm in Arbeitsstellung befestigt ist.

    MONTAGE MESSERBALKEN (Abb. 10-14) Für Balkenmäher mit 87 cm Mähbalken wird die Montage mit den Gleitkufen (Pos. 2 - Bild 10), die sich im Beipack befinden, vollständig durchgeführt. Gleitkufen mit den am Mähbalken vormontierten 2 Schrauben (Pos. 1), Scheiben und Muttern, montieren. Siehe auch Kapitel HÖHENVERSTELLUNG DES MÄHBALKENS. 1 - Befestigen Sie Teil Nr. 7 auf dem Messerbalken Nr. 8.

FAHRGETRIEBE Ölsorte: Getriebeöl SAE 80 Ölstand vor dem Starten überprüfen. Man prüft den Ölstand durch den Abschrauben des seitlichen Getriebeverschlusses.   • Page 29 PRAVILNA NASTAVITEV ŽICOVODA ZA NASTAVLJANJE PLINA (slika 4) Vtaknite nasprotni konec žice iz žicovoda od zgoraj navzdol v ročico za plin na motorju. Nato zmerno pritrdite plašč žicovoda z objemko. Pomaknite ročko za plin na ročaju za vodenje v pozicijo “Start”.

Greben, nož in vse premične dele očistite in namažite po vsaki uporabi. VZDRŽEVANJE GREBENA Greben kosilnice spada med najbolj obremenjene dele stroja. Zato je razumljivo, da ga je treba še posebej skrbno vzdrževati in nastavljati.

  • Page 33 Montaža grebena s noževima (slika 10-14) Za kosilicu s nosačem alata za košnju od 87 cm cijela se montaža provodi pomoću kliznih salinaca (Poz. 2 - Slika 10), koji se nalaze priloženi u pošiljci. Klizne salince montirati pomoću 2 vijka prethodno montirana na nosač alata za košnju (Poz. 1), pločica i matica. Vidjeti takodjer i poglavlje NAMJEŠTANJE VISINE NOSAČA ALATA ZA KOŠNJU.

Održavanje kosišta/grebena Kosište/greben dio je stroja koji je pod stalnim opterećenjem. Stoga je razumljivo da iziskuje posebno održavanje.

Įstumkite gaubtą (1) į išgręžtą skylutę (2). PJOVIMO JUOSTOS MONTAVIMAS (14 pav.) 1. Pritvirtinkite ant pjovimo juostos (8) elementą Nr. 7. Tam paimkite varžtus (5) ir poveržles(6) (elementas Nr.7 su išsikišančiu snapeliu yra atsuktas judėjimo kryptimi).

Dėl nusidėvėjimo tarp peilio ir peilio kreipiamosios atsiradus tarpeliui būtina pakoreguoti peilio kreipiamosios padėtį. Tam atsukite fiksavimo veržlę ir veržliarakčiu, skirtu varžtams su 6-briaune galvute, pakoreguokite reguliavimo varžto (1) padėtį. Nustačius ranka judinamas šienapjovės peilis turi laisvai judėti.
