7.1.2. Vidange d'huile moteur

H124DN - H124B - H124DX - H124BX - H124DS -
H124BS
Après la révision initiale des 50 heures, la vidange doit être
faite toutes les 250 heures ou au minimum 1 fois par an pour
les modèles H124DN, H124DX et H124DS.
Après la révision initiale des 50 heures, la vidange doit être
faite toutes les 125 heures ou au minimum 1 fois par an pour
les modèles H124B, H124BX et H124BS.
• Faites tourner le moteur pour réchauffer l'huile.
• Amenez la machine sur une surface horizontale.
• Positionnez le bac mobile en position vidange en hauteur
maxi (H124DN - H124B - H124DX - H124BX).
• Verrouillez cette position avec le système de blocage prévu à
cet effet :
- Par un mouvement de rotation déclipsez les bielles des bras
inférieurs de relevage.
- Clipsez-les sur les tiges des vérins de relevage (photo 29
- page 66).
7.1.2. Oljebyte
H124DN - H124B - H124DX - H124BX - H124DS

Efter den första servicen som äger rum efter 50 timmar, bör
oljebyte utföras var 250:e drifttimme eller minst en gång i året
för modellerna H124DN, H124DX och H124DS. Efter den första

var 125:e drifttimme eller minst en gång i året för modellerna
H124B, H124BX och H124BS.
• Sätt igång motorn och ha den att gå för att värma upp oljan
• Se till att maskinen står på plan mark.
• Placera den rörliga uppsamlaren i tömningsläge på max.
höjd (H124DN - H124B - H124DX - H124BX).
• Lås fast detta läge med spärrsystemet som är avsett för
detta.
- Haka loss vevstakarna från armarna med en
rotationsrörelse.
- Kläm fast dem på lyftcylindrarnas stänger (bild 29, sida 66).
7.1.2. Draining the engine oil
H124DN - H124B - H124DX - H124BX - H124DS -
H124BS

250 hours or at least once a year for H124DN, H124DX and
H124DS models.

125 hours or at least once a year for H124B, H124BX et H124BS
models.
• Run the engine in order to heat the oil.
• Position the machine on a flat surface.
• Place the mobile bin in the highest emptying position
(H124DN - H124B - H124DX - H124BX).
• Lock it in that position with the locking system provided for
that purpose.
- Clip off the connecting rods of the lower raising arms by
turning them.
- Clip them onto the rods of the raising cylinder (photo 29
- page 66).

• Démontez la partie arrière du panier (H124DS - H124BS).
• Arrêtez le moteur, retirez la clé de contact. Portez des gants.
• Dévissez les 3 vis de fixation du couvercle de la trappe de
vidange (a - photo 28 - page 66).
• Placez un récipient sous cette trappe (b - photo 28 - page 66).
• Dévissez le bouchon de vidange et laissez s'écouler l'huile
usagée dans le récipient placé sous la machine.
• Nettoyez puis revissez le bouchon de vidange d'huile.
• Ouvrez les capots moteur.
• Nettoyez le pourtour de l'orifice de remplissage pour éviter
que des impuretés ne pénètrent dans le moteur.
• Versez lentement une huile moteur neuve (contenance : voir
caractéristiques techniques) (photos 31a à 31c - page 66).
Pour les modèles H124DN, H124DX et H124DS, Etesia
recommande la SHELL Rimula X 15W40. Pour les
modèles H124B, H124BX et H124BS, Etesia préconise l'huile
Bio Panolin LD10W40.
L'huile bio n'est pas miscible à l'huile minérale. Ne
pas mélanger ces 2 types d'huile.
• Demontera den bakre delen av korgen (H124DS - H124BS).
• Stanna motorn och dra ur tändningsnyckeln. Använd
handskar.
• Skruva loss de 3 fästskruvarna för tömningsluckans lock (a,
bild 28, sida 66).
• Placera en behållare under luckan (b, bild 28, sida 66).
• Skruva loss avtappningspluggen och låt den gamla oljan
rinna ut i behållaren under maskinen.
• Rengör och sätt tillbaka avtappningspluggen.
• Öppna motorhuvarna.
• Rengör området kring påfyllningsöppningen för att undvika
att orenheter kommer in i huset.
• Häll långsamt i en ny motorolja (volym: se tekniska data)
(bild 31a - 31c, sida 66).För modellerna H124DN, H124DX och
H124DS rekommenderar Etesia SHELL Rimula X 15W40. För
modellerna H124B, H124BX och H124BS rekommenderar
Etesia oljan Bio Panolin LD10W40.
Biooljan får inte blandas med mineralolja. Blanda
inte dessa två oljetyper.
• Remove the rear part of the grassbox (H124DS - H124BS).
• Stop the engine and remove the ignition key.
Use protective gloves.
• Unscrew the three fastening screws of the draining trap
cover (a - Photo 28 - Page 66).
• Place a container underneath the trap (b - Photo 28 - Page 66).
• Unscrew the drain plug (b - Photo 28 - Page 66) and drain the
used oil into a container.
• Clean and put back the draining plug.
• Open the engine bonnets.
• Clean the area around the filler neck to prevent dirt from
entering the engine.
• Slowly pour in the new fuel engine oil (capacity: see
technical characteristics) (photo 31a to 31c - page 66). For
models H124DN, H124DX and H124DS, Etesia recommends
SHELL Rimula X 15W40. For models H124B, H124BX and
H124BS, Etesia recommends Bio Panolin LD10W40 oil.
Bio oil is not miscible with mineral oil. Do not mix
these two types of oils.
