• Attention ! pour tous les travaux sous le système de coupe
coupez d'abord le moteur et enlevez la clé de contact.
Coupez l'alimentation électrique à l'aide du coupe circuit.
Actionnez le frein parking.
• Protègez vos mains avec des gants de travail.
• Bloquez la lame puis dévissez la vis centrale de la lame.
• A chaque démontage de la lame, remplacez la rondelle frein
(Rep. a réf. 71052) située sous la tête de la vis de lame
(71242).
• Avant de remonter la lame, vérifiez l'état des accouplements
(rep b), de la clavette (rep c), de la rondelle de sécurité (réf.
24006 rep d) de la rondelle de maintien (réf. 7341).
• Avant de remonter les accouplements de lame, veillez à
graisser le bout de l'arbre d'entraînement de lame.
• En cas de choc d'une lame contre un obstacle, les ergots de
la rondelle de sécurité sont cisaillés : la lame n'est plus
entraînée normalement.
• Cette rondelle est une pièce d'usure dont le remplacement
est chose normale.
• Serrez la vis centrale (rep. f ) à fond.
• Varning! Stanna först motorn och dra ur tändningsnyckeln
innan du gör ingrepp under klippsystemet. Avbryt
elförsörjningen med hjälp av kretsbrytaren. Manövrera
parkeringsbromsen.
• Skydda händerna med arbetshandskar.
• Spärra fast kniven och skruva loss knivens mittskruv.
• Vid varje demontering av en kniv bör du byta ut låsbrickan
(a, art.nr 71052) som befinner sig under knivskruvens huvud
(71242).
• Innan du monterar tillbaka kniven bör du granska
kopplingarna (b), sprinten (c), säkerhetsbrickan (art.nr 24006,
d) för fästbrickan (art.nr 7341).
• Glöm inte att smörja axlarnas spets innan du monterar
tillbaka knivkopplingarna.
• Om en kniv stöter mot ett hinder, skjuvas säkerhetsbrickans
stift: kniven fungerar inte längre normalt.
• Denna bricka är en slitdel som vanligen bör bytas ut.
• Dra helt fast mittskruven (f ).
• Warning : when doing any work on the cutting system, first
switch off the engine and take out the ignition key. Use the
circuit-breaker to turn off the electric supply. Close the hand
brake.
• Protect your hands by wearing work gloves.
• Block the blade, then unscrew the blade's central screw.
• Each time the blade is dismantled, change the lock washer
(item a 71052).
• Before re-placing the blade, check the condition of the
coupling (item b), the key (item c), the safety washer (Ref.
24006, item d) and the retaining washer (item e).
• Before re-placing the blade coupling, do not forget to grease
the end of the blade drive shaft.
• If the blade hits an obstacle, the tabs of the safety washer will
be shorn off and the blade will no longer be driven normally.
• This washer is a wear part and its replacement is a normal
occurrence.
• Tighten the central screw (item f ) as far as it will go.

6.11.5 Changement des organes de coupe (lames)
H124DS - H124BS
• Pour changer l'organe de coupe, l'idéal est de démonter le
système de coupe (voir démontage système de coupe).
• Attention! pour tous les travaux sous le système de coupe
coupez d'abord le moteur et enlevez la clé de contact.
Coupez l'alimentation électrique à l'aide du coupe circuit.
Actionnez le frein parking.
Protègez vos mains avec des gants de travail.
Bloquez la lame puis dévissez, à l'aide d'une clé plate, la vis
centrale de la lame complète avec l'accouplement.
• Attention ! la vis de fixation de la lame de droite est une vis
avec un pas à gauche.
• Attention ! Prenez garde au fait que la rotation d'une lame
entraîne la rotation de l'autre.
• A chaque démontage de la lame, remplacez la rondelle frein
(réf. 71052) située sous la tête de la vis de lame.
6.11.5 Byte av klippdelarna (knivarna)
(H124DS - H124BS)
• Om du vill byta ut klippdelen är det bästa sättet
att demontera klippsystemet (se demontering av
klippsystemet).
• Varning! Stanna först motorn och dra ur tändningsnyckeln
innan du gör ingrepp under klippsystemet. Avbryt
elförsörjningen med hjälp av kretsbrytaren. Manövrera
parkeringsbromsen.Skydda händerna med arbetshandskar.
Spärra kniven och skruva loss mittskruven för hela kniven
med kopplingen, med hjälp av en fast nyckel.
• Märk! Fästskruven för den högra kniven är en skruv med
vänstergänga.
• Varning! Se upp: en kniv som roterar gör att även den anrdra
kniven roterar.
• Vid varje demontering av en kniv bör du byta ut låsbrickan
(71052) som befinner sig under knivskruvens huvud.
• Innan du monterar tillbaka kniven bör du kontrollera
kopplingarna (art.nr 30442), sprintarna (art.nr 71451),
skjuvbultarna (art.nr 26157) och fästbrickorna (art.nr 29650).
6.11.5 Changing the cutting parts (blades)
H124DS - H124BS
• To change the cutting parts, the ideal solution is to remove
the cutting system (see removing the cutting system).
• Important ! Before any work on the cutting system, first stop
the engine and remove the ignition key. Use the circuit-
breaker to turn off the electric supply. Close the hand brake.
Protect your hands with gloves. Block the blade and use a 17
mm spanner to unscrew the central screw of the blade
complete with coupling.
• Important ! The right-hand blade fixing screw has a left-hand thread.
• Caution ! Beware : the turning of one blade causes the
turning of the other.
• Each time you remove the blade, replace the spring washer
(ref. 71052) located under the head of the blade screw.
• Before putting the blade back in place, check the condition of
the couplings (ref. 30442), key (ref. 71451), shearing screws
(ref. 26157) and retaining washers (ref.29650).
