Compressed air-motors:
5.1 Compressed-air motor F 416 Ex, F 416-1 Ex, F 416-2 Ex
Before connecting the air supply hose to the motor, set the Start/Stop switch
to "0" (Stop) n model F 416 Ex unlock locking mechanism of the on/off switch).

Use a silencer or an exhaust hose.
Air consumption F 416 Ex, F 416-1 Ex, F 416-2 Ex :
at 3 bar operation pressure ~ 7 l/sec.
at 6 bar operation pressure ~14 l/sec.

Assembly / commissioning

Observe the resistance to the liquid.
Before using the pump, check the coupling for smooth operation.
Check the coupling on the pump and the driver at the motor by
visual inspection for wear.
If damaged, replace coupling and driver. Use only original spare
parts by FLUX.

In hazardous areas:
F 460 Ex, F 460 Ex EL, F 460-1 Ex, FBM 4000 Ex
F 416 Ex, F 416-1 Ex, F 416-2 Ex
Only use clean liquids.
Observe the resistance to the liquid.
Make sure that the supply voltage corresponds to the voltage
indicated.
Provide the power supply in damp locations with fault current
breakers.
Only qualified electricians may carry out changes to the mains
connections (e.g. mounting an ex-proof CEE circular plug).
