Sand Baureihe BADU Easytronic Ursprungsland: Bundesrepublik Deutschland Einsatzbereich: Die BADU Easytronic ist eine automatische Rückspülarmatur, die ausschließ- lich zur Rückspülung von Schwimmbadfilteranlagen verwendet wird.
  • Page 3 Sicherheit Diese Betriebsanleitung enthält grundlegende Hinweise, die bei Aufstellung, Betrieb und Wartung zu beachten sind. Daher ist diese Betriebsanleitung unbe- dingt vor Montage und Inbetriebnahme vom Monteur sowie dem zuständigen Fachpersonal/Betreiber zu lesen und muss ständig am Einsatzort der Maschi- ne/Anlage verfügbar sein.

    2.2 Personalqualifikation und -schulung Das Personal für Bedienung, Wartung, Inspektion und Montage muss die ent- sprechende Qualifikation für diese Arbeiten aufweisen. Verantwortungsbereich, Zuständigkeit und die Überwachung des Personals müssen durch den Betrei- ber genau geregelt sein. Liegen bei dem Personal nicht die notwendigen Kenntnisse vor, so ist dieses zu schulen und zu unterweisen.

    2.6 Sicherheitshinweise für Wartungs-, Inspektions- und Montagearbeiten Der Betreiber hat dafür zu sorgen, dass alle Wartungs-, Inspektions- und Mon- tagearbeiten von autorisiertem und qualifiziertem Fachpersonal ausgeführt wer- den, das sich durch eingehendes Studium der Betriebsanleitung ausreichend informiert hat. Die Unfallverhütungsvorschriften sind zu beachten. Grundsätzlich sind Arbeiten an der Maschine nur im Stillstand durchzuführen.
  • Page 6 Die BADU Easytronic besteht aus einer elektronischen Steuerung mit Stellmo- tor sowie dem jeweiligen Rückspülventil. Hier werden 3 Varianten geliefert: Ba- dumat R 40 / R 41, Badumat R 50 / R 51 sowie Badumat R 40T/A-P. Weitere Ausführungen auf Anfrage. Die BADU Easytronic kann einzeln oder in Kombination mit einer Filtersteue- rung betrieben werden.

  • Page 8 Die BADU Easytronic hat auf der Platine eine gelbe Betriebs-LED. Aufstellung / Einbau ACHTUNG Der Aufstellungsort für die BADU Easytronic muss trocken und sauber sein und darf nicht im Freien liegen. Ist die BADU Easytronic in einem feuchten Installationsraum aufgestellt, muss für eine wirksame Be- und Entlüftung ge- sorgt werden, damit es keine Schäden an der Elektronik durch Bildung von Kondenswasser geben kann.
  • Page 9 5.3 Elektrisch : Der elektrische Anschluss der BADU Easytronic darf nur von einem zuge- lassenen Elektrofachmann vorgenommen werden! Entfernen Sie den transparenten Deckel und stellen Sie den elektrischen An- schluss gemäß aufgeführtem Anschlussschema her. Es ist darauf zu achten, dass die Klemmen 1 und 3 phasengleich versorgt werden. Dies ist unbe- dingt erforderlich aus Gründen von Luft- und Kriechstrecken im Gerät selbst.

Die Filterpumpe oder der Pumpenschütz muss so mit der BADU Easytronic verdrahtet werden, dass absolut sichergestellt ist, dass sie nur in Abhängigkeit mit der BADU Easytronic arbeiten kann. Deshalb die Anschlussschemen be- achten! Zusätzlich ist die BADU Easytronic durch einen Fehlerstrom- Schutzschalter abzusichern.

  • Page 14 Safety The Operating Manual contains basic information, which has to be observed during installation, operation and maintenance. The Operating Manual must be read carefully before installation and operation by the person in charge of in- stallation as well as by all other technical personnel/users and should at all times be available at the installation site of the unit/system.

    2.2 Personnel qualification and training Persons responsible for operation, maintenance, inspection and installation must be qualified accordingly. The operator has to strictly regulate the responsi- bility, competence and monitoring of personnel. Insufficiently skilled personnel have to be trained and instructed. If required, such training measures may be implemented by the manufacturer/supplier on behalf of the operator.

    2.6 Safety instructions for maintenance, inspection and installation works The operator has to make sure that all maintenance, inspection and installation works are carried out by authorised and qualified experts, who are properly in- formed after having carefully read the Operating Manual. The accident prevention regulations must be observed.

    BADU Easytronic consists of an electronic control unit with servomotor and the corresponding backwash valve, which is available in 3 versions: Badumat R 40 / R 41, Badumat R 50 / R 51 and Badumat R 40T/A-P. Other versions upon request. BADU Easytronic can be operated separately or in combination with a filter control unit.

  • Page 19 BADU Easytronic features a yellow operation LED on the main board. Set-up / installation CAUTION BADU Easytronic has to be installed indoors in a dry and clean place. When installing BADU Easytronic in a place with high humidity, provide for adequate ventilation as otherwise condensation may damage the electronic system.

    5.3 Electrical system: Connection of BADU Easytronic to the power supply must be carried out by a certified electrician only! Remove the transparent lid and connect the unit in accordance with the follo- wing wiring diagram. Make sure terminals 1 and 3 are connected to the same phase.

    IMPORTANT! The filter pump or pump contactor has to be wired to BADU Easytronic in a way which ensures that the pump can only be operated in combination with BADU Easytronic. It is therefore imperative to observe the wiring diagrams! Addi- tionally, BADU Easytronic has to be protected by installing a residual cur- rent-operated protective device.

    5.3 Raccordement électrique: Le branchement électrique du BADU Easytronic sera réalisé obligatoire- ment par un électricien! Retirer le couvercle transparent du coffret et raccorder conformément au sché- ma fourni. Il est recommandé de veiller que les bornes 1 et 3 seront ali- mentées par la même phase.
