Problem
My ring lock seems to be
loose or has (partly) come off
the bike frame.

Cause
Lock rubbers give the lock a certain flexibility to
prevent a spoke from breaking in case you release the
bike from the parking brake. When the lock rubbers
are torn and/or cracked the ring lock might seem
loose or the ring lock (partly) comes off the bike
frame.
Solution
Contact your Urban Arrow dealer to replace the
damaged lock rubber(s) by a new one.
