When the lever can be pushed easily all the way to the
handlebar there is something wrong with the hydraulics.
Stop riding the bike and have it checked by your Urban Arrow
dealer.

If you hear suspect noises while using the brakes or have
noise coming from the brakes while riding have your disc
brakes looked after.
Checking the brake pad of your rear wheel for wear is done as
follows:
1. A pin with a split end is keeping the brake pads in position.
Use pliers to remove this pin (see image 39).
2. Take out the brake pads (see image 39 for removal of the
brake pads at the rear wheel) and check them for wear. If
the friction material is less than 1 mm the pads should be
replaced.
For replacement of the pads contact your Urban Arrow dealer.

8.2.5 Gear adjustment
Over time the cable between the grip and the gear hub will lengthen
slightly, this is normal wear. A slack cable might affect the quality of
operation of the gear system.
Gear adjustment in case of an Enviolo gear system
Checking for cable slack is done as follows:
1. Pull lightly on one of the two cable housings at the grip
shifter. It doesn't matter which one of the two, they are
connected internally.
2. Notice if there is any slack (see 'S' in image 40):
a. Slack 'S' less than 0.5 mm is not enough.
