Gear adjustment in case of a Rohloff gear system

Gear cable tension is adjusted as follows (see image 42).
a. Increase gear cable tension by turning the barrel 16
counter clockwise.
b. Reduce gear cable tension by turning the barrel 16
clockwise.

Alignment of the mark on the twist shifter body

The mark on the twist shifter body can be aligned to the correct gear
number without altering the cable tension. This is done by winding
one cable adjuster in and the other one out (see image 43).

8.2.6 Lubrication

When you have your e-bike maintained/serviced by your Urban
Arrow dealer all necessary lubrication will be performed by
your dealer. The Rohloff gear hub and grip shifter need regular
lubrication.

Be aware not to spill lubricant on the disc brake.
There is no need to lubricate e.g. the chain yourself in between the
service intervals.
And the Enviolo gear hub and grip shifter are provided with
permanent lubrication and the internals are maintenance-free for
the life of the product.
