Problem
The e-bike battery is switched
off.
The speed is not being
indicated in the speed

Cause
The battery is empty.
The battery switches off after it has not been used for
10 minutes.
There is a hazardous situation. A protective circuit
automatically switches off the battery. The battery is
protected against deep discharging, overcharging,
overheating and short-circuiting through the
"Electronic Cell Protection" (ECP).
If the distance between speed sensor 19 and speed
sensor magnet 21 is too small or too large, or if the
speed sensor is not properly connected.
The bike does not meet all requirements to be
switched on.
The internal battery pack of the Intuvia display is
weak.
Solution
Charge the battery (see paragraph 7.2).
Switch on the e-bike (see paragraph 5.6.3). Contact
your Urban Arrow dealer in case the battery doesn't
switch on again or in case it switches off again after
a retry.

Loosen the speed sensor magnet bolt 22 and fasten
the speed sensor magnet 21 to the spoke in such a
manner that it runs past the mark of the speed sensor
20 at the correct clearance (see paragraph 8.2). If
the speed is still not being indicated in the speed
indication 72 or 83 after this, please contact your
Urban Arrow dealer.

1. Insert the e-bike battery in the e-bike (see
paragraph 5.6.2).
2. Put the display in the display holder (see
paragraph 5.6.1).
3. Switch the e-bike battery on (see paragraph 5.6.3).
The internal battery of the Intuvia display will be
charged.
