Installation step - motor assembly onto the SLZ 63 P electric cylinder
1. Remove the maintenance cover.
3. Screw in the hidden screw until there is a gap of
2 mm between the adaptor and the locking plate.
5. Screw in the fastening screws
to a distance of approximately 0.20 mm
between the adaptor and the housing.
7. The gap between the adaptor and
the housing decreases.
0.2 mm
2. Place the motor assembly onto the housing.
Fit the timing belt onto the lock washer.
Insert the hidden screw though the lock plate
into the adaptor.
4. Fit the lock plates.
6. Tension the timing belt.
Screw in the hidden screw.
8. Tighten the fastening screws of the
locking plates to 25 Nm.
Measure the timing belt tension!
