7. Life phases
7.3.1 Information about installing and putting the SLZ 63 P into service
without a motor
•
No cleaning agents may be allowed to enter the bearings.
•
Avoid impacts to the drive pin on modifications and attachments.
•
For overhead mounting or if there is tensile load an external extension safeguard must be provided.
•
End stops prevent potential malfunction of the limit switch.
•
Protect the electric cylinder against tipping over in event of forces acting laterally.
•
Make sure that the electric cylinder does not pose a risk when the mains plug is pulled out.
Motor / gear flange requirements
Fmin. = 600 N / service life at least 10,000 h
