Any thread sealant should be non-hardening.
It is the users/installers responsibility to ensure that the
interface between the enclosure and cable gland is suitably sealed
for the required application.
If required an anti-seize lubricant then ensure no lubricant
comes into contact with the cable gland seals as this may impair
performance.

If the sealing surfaces are
uneven, use PTFE washer
NFWM25 or the green fiber
washer GFWM25 (washers

is recommended.
