Retarding

 Press P repeatedly until "rEtA" is shown in the display (the yellow lamp lights up).
 Set the required temperature by pressing
 Press P once.
 Set the relative humidity required during retarding by pressing
 Press and hold S for 3 seconds to start the process.

Proving
