12)
The mains voltage must be between 220 and 240 volts / 50 Hz. Fuse protection must be 16 amps.
13)
Extension cable: only multi-core extension cables with a protective conductor may be used. Ensure that the cable
is undamaged. Completely unwind extension reels. The cross section in the extension cable must be at least
2.5 mm². Smaller cross sections will result in overheating and undervoltage. This can result in damage to
electronic systems and the motor of the airless device. Do not use more than 40 m of extension cable. Lay the
cable with care without pulling and do not lay over sharp edges and round corners.
14)
Always have the work zone and the site of the airless device well ventilated. The device must be set up at least 8
m distant from the spraying area. Non-observance of this regulation can result in some materials producing
explosive vapours that can ignite.
15)
Always observe the safety instructions and advice issued by the material producer. You can obtain these from the
labels on the vessels and from the safety data sheet.
16)
Never process flammable substances in the vicinity of naked flames. Do not smoke while working.
17)
Always wear suitable respirator masks and eye protection. Depending on the type of materials for processing
or the ventilation quality, additional protective wear may be necessary. For this purpose, note material
manufacturer's recommendations.
18)
If nozzle extensions are used, especially telescopic rod spray guns, especially in areas of overhead lines, as much
possible distance to the lines should be maintained.
19)
Never undertake device modifications yourself, as these can result in breakdowns.
20)
Never operate devices without the protective covers of the belt drive and hydraulic pump.
21)
Never process acids and materials containing acid with airless devices.
22)
Carry or winch device only in a horizontal position at the pipe frame. Do not attach separate lifting accessories to
the motor, hydraulic pump and paint level.
23)
Parts of the motor have hot surfaces during operation and for some time after operation.
24)
Never leave devices unattended. Keep access barred to children and other persons who are unfamiliar with the
operation of these devices.
4. Anforderungen an das Bedienungspersonal
