Do not open up the battery.
Dispose of batteries in accordance
with the local regulations. Take batter-
ies to an old battery collection point
where they will be recycled in an
environmentally friendly manner. For
information about this, ask your local
waste management company or our
service centre.
Defective units returned to us will be
disposed of for free.
Throw the cut grass on the compost.
Do not throw it in the normal house-
hold waste.

Replacement parts can be ordered di-
rectly from the manufacturer. Important:
please state the unit type and order num-
ber when ordering.

sary, please find the part number on the
exploded drawing.

Accessories

Caution! The equipment is sup-
plied without a telescopic handle. A
telescopic handle including wheels
can be ordered as an option (see
chapters on "Replacement Parts")

Installing the Wheels

Press the wheels (28) apart with a
thumb and forefinger (clothes peg

grip) and allow the axle to click into
the notches provided (29) on the
left and right sides of the equip-
ment.
Installing the Telescopic Han-
dle
Plug the two parts of the telescopic han-
dle into each other as shown
Installing/dismantling the tel-
escopic handle:
1.
Hold down the release button
(30) and push the end of the tel-
escopic tube (31) into the hole
provided (32) on the back of
the equipment until it clicks into
place. Release the release but-
ton (30).
2.
Push the plug connection (33)
into the socket (39) on the back
of the equipment handle (4).
3.
To dismantle, disconnect the
plug connection (33). Press the
release button (30) and pull the
telescopic tube (31) out of the
hole on the equipment (32).
Adjusting the height of the
telescopic handle:
4.
Use the height adjusting screw
(34) to adjust the height of the
telescopic handle to suit your
height.
Adjusting the working angle:
5.
Press the locking button (35)
and turn the telescopic handle
to adjust the desired working
angle.
