After carrying out the checks with load, make a visual inspection of the machine and check
bolts and nuts for proper tightening.
Only skilled personnel must be allowed to carry out this operation.
An improper adjustment of limit switches could cause damages to
the lift, objects and people.
Limit switches are adjusted by the factory. In case of improper functioning, adjust in the
following way:
Press UP button (Fig. 22 - pos. 2) and verify that the lift stops at the maximum height of
1850 mm.
If this has not happened, press the UP button (Fig. 22 - pos. 2), at the same time as the
limit switch override button (Fig. 22 - pos. 14) to place the lift at the maximum height.
Verify that the limit switch is properly placed in relation to the cam.
On the contrary, adjust it as follows:

• Manually place the lift at a maxima
height;
• Loosen hexagonal-head that hole the
sensor (1);
• Bring the proximity pick up (2) nearer
the piston (3) at a distance between
0,5 and 1 mm;
• Tighten the nuts hexagonal-head.
