•
Be sure the working area is free from people and objects;
•
Be sure the electrical system feeding voltage is equal to that of the control box sup-
plied with the lift (230 V or 400 V);
•
Verify that the control desk is powered;
•
Pour oil in the tank (about 15 litres);
•
Feed the lift by the main switch;
•
Verify that the motor direction of rotation is that shown on the label; if not interchange
the phases;
•
Push the UP button (Fig. 22 - pos. 2) until the lift reaches the maximum height;
•
Effect discharge of the cylinder pushing the UP button (Fig. 22 - pos. 2) and at the
same time the override button (Fig. 22 - pos. 14);
Note: wait few minutes until the air, mixed with air in the tank, comes out.
•
Press DOWN button (Fig. 22 - pos. 3) until the lift stops automatically;
Note: if lowering is not carried out by the lift or the lift is blocked
before the detection by the safety height limit switch, oil in excess
from secondary cylinders must be removed.
•
To make this bleeding, while the down button (Fig. 22 - pos. 3) press and immediately
release the override button(Fig. 22- pos. 14).

• Make sure that the working area is not obstructed;
• Ensure that the power supply voltage of the existing main electrical system is correct
for the control unit of the machine (230V or 400V);
• Make sure that voltage arrives to the control unit;
• Pour oil in the tank (approx. 15 litres);
• Provide power to the lift using the main switch;
• Perform calibration;
• Set dip switch 5 to on. The system emits an intermittent beep to indicate that the
service programme is active.
• Lower the lift to the floor. (CAL!)
• Press the button Pon the board. The system emits a beep as confirmation.
• Raise the lift to near the first tooth at the bottom. (CAL2 - Fig.20_1)
• Lock the lift in safe mode.
• Press the button P on the board. The system emits a beep as confirmation.
• Raise the lift to the last tooth at the top. (CAL£ - Fig.20_2)
• Lock the lift in safe mode.
