OVEN BURNER
It carries out normal "oven cooking".
The gas flow to the burner is regulated
by a thermostat which allow to maintain
the oven temperature constant.
The control of the temperature is assu-
red by a thermostatic probe positioned
inside the oven.
The probe must be always kept in its
housing, in a clean condition, as an
incorrect position or encrustment may
cause an alteration in the control of the
temperature.
IGNITION OF THE OVEN BURNER
1) Open the oven door to the full
extent.
2) Press in the oven control knob and
turn counter-clockwise to position 10
(fig. 4.1).
3) Light the oven burner by applying a
flame to the hole 'A', as shown in fig.
4.2.
4) Check that the burner is lit.
5) Set the control knob to the required
temperature.

BRULEUR DU FOUR
Il sert à la cuisson traditionnelle au four.
L'arrivée du gaz au brûleur est réglée
par un thermostat dont la fonction est de
maintenir constante la température du
four.
Ceci se fait par un bulbe qui ne doit pas
être déplacé et qui doit être toujours
maintenu bien propre. Une mauvaise
position ou un éventuel dépôt sur le
bulbe peut influencer le degré de tempé-
rature choisi.
ALLUMAGE DU BRULEUR DU FOUR
1) Ouvrir la porte du four
2) Appuyer à fond et tourner la manette
du thermostat du four en sens horaire
jusqu'à la position 10 (fig. 4.1).
3) Approcher une flamme du trou "A" de
la sole (fig. 4.2) et ensuite appuyer et
tourner la manette du thermostat.
4) Veiller à que le brûleur soit allumé.
5) Régler le robinet selon la puissance
désirée.
