 Check the network setup
Make sure that your printer is properly set up in the network
environment. See the User's Guide for more network information.

Paper is Jammed in the Printer

Note: Information on Tray 2 is only applicable if your printer comes with Tray 2 or
if you have purchased Tray 2 as an accessory.
1. Remove all paper from the Output Tray.
2. Open the top access door to locate the paper jam.
3. If the Printhead Cradle is blocking the paper path, gently push it to
the side.
