Eolis io
2.5.2. Unpairing the Eolis io from an io receiver or motor
The procedure to be followed to unpair the Eolis io from an io receiver or motor is identical to the
pairing procedure, see section 2.4.1.
2.5.3. Replacing a broken or faulty Eolis io
1) Press the PROG button on the Somfy io local control point until
the motorised product performs an up-and-down movement
(≈ 2 s).
2) Press the PROG button (H) on the new Eolis io for 7 seconds:
The LED on the new Eolis io (I) is lit green after 2 seconds and
remains lit for 5 seconds:
All the broken or faulty sensors are deleted from the memory
of the io motor(s) or receiver(s).
3) Pair the new Eolis io with the io motor(s) or receiver(s); see
section 2.4.1.
2.5.4. Returning the Eolis io to its original configuration
1) Press the PROG button (H) on the Eolis io for 7 seconds:
The LED is lit green after 2 seconds and remains lit for 7 seconds:
The original Eolis io settings have been restored and the io bi-directional control points have been
deleted.
2) To use the new Eolis io, carry out a complete commissioning procedure; see 2.4.
2.5.5. Disassembling the Eolis io
Attention
• Perform disassembly and wiring operations away from any dust, moisture or foreign bodies
to maintain tightness.
• Never remove the cover located under the anemometer.
1) Switch off the mains power supply.
2) Loosen the screws located on the protective housing (F) and
unclip the protective housing (F) from the mounting bracket (G).
3) Unscrew the front panel of the mounting bracket (K) to
remove the housing and access the terminal blocks and the
mode selector.
4) If necessary, loosen the screws fastening the mounting bracket to the wall.
