CUSTOMER'S LIABILITIES - Placing an order for the item Aldes Connect PRO by the customer signifies his acceptance without reservation
of the service offered him. He agrees, by registering the box fan, to Aldes using his personal data to ensure the smooth operation of the
service.
The professional installer customer undertakes to apply the same approach towards his end customer and guarantees Aldes that he has
obtained his customer's consent to the installation of this service: failing that, the Customer will engage his liability with respect to Aldes.
6.5. Garantie produit et service • Product and service warranty
Le matériel est garanti 2 ans à compter de la date d'achat et il inclut 1 an d'abonnement au réseau de télécommunication Sigfox à compter
de la date mise en service. Le Client aura la possibilité, à son initiative, et avant l'échéance du douzième mois, de prolonger l'abonnement
au réseau de télécommunication pour 12 mois supplémentaires en conservant le matériel existant.
The equipment is guaranteed for two years with effect from the date of purchase and includes one year subscription to the Sigfox
telecommunications network with effect from the date of commissioning. The Customer will be able, on his own initiative, before the end
of the twelfth month to extend the subscription to the telecommunications network for an additional twelve months, keeping the existing
equipment.
6.6. Acceptation des CGU • Acceptance of general conditions of use
En enregistrant un produit Aldes Connect PRO, le client accepte sans réserve les conditions générales d'utilisation (CGU). L'acceptation des
Conditions Générales d'Utilisation emporte l'accord du Gestionnaire pour la collecte desdites Informations et données et leur transmission
et exploitation par le Webservice aux fins de répondre aux Fonctionnalités et au rôle du Webservice. Parmi ces Informations peuvent figurer
des données personnelles (telles que notamment adresse électronique, mot de passe, nom, prénom,....).
Le Gestionnaire est informé, reconnaît et accepte que les Informations collectées via le Webservice pourront être, en France ou à l'étranger,
dans le respect des lois et règlements applicables, utilisées par Aldes, ses filiales, son réseau commercial et/ou ses partenaires habituels
(ex. installateurs) et/ou tous autres partenaires autorisés par Aldes, et/ou toute société qui offrirait un service pour le compte d'Aldes, à des
fins techniques ou commerciales.
By registering an Aldes Connect PRO product, the customer agrees without reservation to the general conditions of use (CGU). The
acceptance of the General Conditions of Use constitutes the agreement of the Manager for the collection of the said information and data
and their transmission and use by the Webservice to meet the Functionalities and the role of the Webservice. This information may include
personal data (such as, in particular, e-mail address, password, name, first name, etc.).
The Manager is informed and recognises and agrees that the information collected via the Webservice may be used, in France or abroad,
in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations, by Aldes, its subsidiaries, its commercial network and/or its usual partners (e.g.
installers) and/or any other partner authorised by Aldes and/or any company offering a service on behalf of Aldes, for technical or commercial
purposes.
6.7. Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données • General Data Protection Regulation
Conformément aux dispositions relatives à la protection des données personnelles (Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données),
l'installateur professionnel et le Client final disposent à tout moment d'un droit d'accès, de rectification des données personnelles ou
d'opposition au service sur simple demande adressée par email à ata-sve@aldes.com. Le consentement du Client est requis à chaque
nouvel ajout de produit au service Aldes Connect PRO.
In accordance with the provisions for the protection of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation), the professional installer and the
end Customer have at any time the right to access and rectify personal data or object to the service upon simple request e-mailed to ata-
sve@aldes.com. Customer consent is required for each new product added to the Aldes Connect PRO service.
