4 Instructions format
The device acknowledges parameters sent to it according
to the following format:

The current counter value is read from the
counter in the following format:

The programmed factor is read from the
counter in the following format (without de-
cimal point):

<ESC> (A) 7
The programmed duration of the timed si-
gnals are read from the counter in the follo-
wing format:
<STX> <+/-> XXXX <CR><LF>
or in case of 2 presets:
<+/-> XXXX <CR><LF>
0000 indicates a continuous signal, +/- indi-
cates the output signal polarity
<ESC> (A) 8
The commutation status of the outputs is
read from the counter in the following for-
mat: 0 for output inactive, 1 for output
active
Type series KCT1-6SR-* only one output
Type series KCT1-6WR-*, output 1,
then output 2
<STX> XX <CR> <LF>
<ESC> (A) C2 A new factor without decimal point is sent
to the counter in the following format.
Caution: Malfunction of the device if
000000 is sent!
<STX> XXXXXX <CR><LF>
<ESC> (A) C7 The duration of the timed signal or the is
re-programmed for outputs 1 and 2.
Model KCT1-6WR-*: O = 1 for output 1
Model KCT1-6SR-*: only one output => O = 1
0000 indicates a continuous signal, +/- indi-
cates the polarity of the signal
