Battery use with Aqua+
For everyday use, most Kanso Sound Processor users will
achieve at least 16 hours battery life with zinc air batteries.
But you cannot use zinc air batteries with Aqua+ as they need
air and there is insufficient air inside Aqua+ when it's sealed.
You must use other disposable batteries for your Kanso
Sound Processor to work inside Aqua+. You can use
alkaline, nickel metal hydride or silver oxide* batteries.

* (USA) Silver oxide batteries are contraindicated by the FDA.
NOTE
Battery life depends on your implant type, the thickness of skin
over your implant, system settings and hearing situations. It can
also vary between battery manufacturers.

can check your remaining battery life (when you're out of the
