Do not use substitute materials.
Glass may be hot; do not touch glass until cooled.
Care must be taken when removing and disposing of any broken door glass or damaged components. Be sure
to vacuum up any broken glass from inside the appliance before operation.
Do not strike, slam or scratch glass. Do not operate appliance with glass removed, cracked, broken or
scratched.
1. Removing the glass will result in the door
frame immediately rising, use caution. It is
recommended to place a shim between the top
of the door frame and the appliance frame to
prevent damage to the door frame.
2. Lift the screen up into the appliance.
3. Lower the glass door down and unlatch. Swing the
glass door open.
4. Unscrew the top and bottom retainers inside the door
frame. (FIG.1)
5. Remove the glass from the door frame. (FIG.2)
6. Center and apply the gasket to the edge of the glass.
Ensure the gasket is a continuous loop around the
perimeter of the replacement glass. (FIG.3)
7. Reinstall the glass inside the door frame. (FIG.4)
8. Reposition top and bottom retainers using screws
removed in step 4. Ensure retainers are in position
correctly. (FIG.5)
