A MEMO is a spoken message that you can leave in
the answering machine for other household members.

listening to and deleting recorded memo messages is
done in the same way as for messages left by callers
you can listen in on the mes-
sage your caller is leaving
use the
adjust the volume
as soon as you pick up the re-
ceiver or switch on the speaker
function, you can speak to
your caller in person while the
recording will be stopped (how-
ever, the recording up to the
moment you answered the call
will be registered)
to record a MEMO message:
leave the receiver on the tele-
phone
press and hold the >> button
for 2 seconds and record your
MEMO after the beep tone
press the OK button to stop the
recording beforehand
