Submodule status: This diagnostic message is only generated by the bus coupler. The bus coupler
checks the status of each module and can also report the following errors:
Error in electronics power supply (UL)
Error in the actuator voltage (UA)
Backplane error
The module status message consists of 22 bytes.
The header for the module status consists of 4 bytes.

In the following 16 bytes, the statuses of the individual modules are listed. Each module has 2 bits
of status information. the meaning of the statuses of bit 0 and bit 1 can be found in Table 15 taking
module no. 1 for example.
